The Breathing Room is an L3C devoted to providing affordable community access to yoga, expressive arts and holistic care as well as creating an incubator environment for local artists and entrepreneurs. We offer daily classes as well provide affordable space to holistic care and expressive arts practitioners and teachers. Located in the West End of downtown Winston-Salem at West End Mill Works, we offer the following classes and services:
