Olivia Mitchell, NC LMBT #19169, is a Winston-Salem native who became a licensed massage and bodywork therapist in 2020 and completed her Associate Degree in Therapeutic Massage Therapy at Forsyth Technical Community College in 2022. During her Associate Degree program she was trained in advanced techniques such as Myofascial Release Therapy and had the opportunity to work extensively with injured Veterans through the VA. She plans to use this advanced training in order to better serve her clients and eventually become an educator in the field of massage and bodywork therapy. Olivia is also a reiki practitioner with a deep love for both bodywork and energy work as she believes the two systems are interconnected. Because of this belief she founded her business Obsidian Wellness, a massage brand that focuses on wellness for mind, body, and spirit.
